Advance reservations guaranteed by a credit card are REQUIRED. If you're hoping to make a last minute reservation, please phone ahead, as we are sometimes unable to accommodate "drop-ins."
Reservations are made for a specific time and a specific date. Your reservation cannot be used at a different time or date.
Be sure to enter the number of people in your party as your first step.
There is a 4 day cancellation policy; longer for groups of 6 or more. PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING

Last minute reservations may not be listed online. If your date is not listed online, we strongly encourage you to call us directly for spaces that may have become available (831) 633-5555.
Minimum age for children is 3 years old. Providing nature discovery experiences to children is important to us, but in our experience children younger than three tend to have a difficult time sitting through an hour and a half tour with a life jacket on, so as a courtesy to our other guests we kindly ask that you please wait until your youngsters are at least 3 years old to bring them out with us.
The reservation system is a secure system and your credit card information is protected.
